Drink lots of water

While this is usually not posted in most gym safety reminders found in gyms, make sure that you constantly drink lots of water while working out. Not doing so would cause you to eventually feel dizzy and light headed.

Constantly replenishing the water in your body dilutes the amount of lactic acid and other toxins in your body. These toxins are actually the by-product of your muscles working and converting sugar and fat into energy.

By not replenishing your body with enough water while working out, these toxins would build up causing you to experience painful cramps in the middle of your workout routine.

Ask for Assistance
