Running

This is one of the exercises that he likes the most, especially outdoors. He prefers running on trailsbecause he gains coordination and balance, since no two steps are alike.

Yoga

In case he has to prepare for a shirtless scene, he follows the Paleolithic diet. This is also known as the cavemen diet or the hunter-gatherer diet. The main focus of the diet is on the wild plants and animals that the ancient humans were said to have been consuming during the Paleolithic period.

The modern version of the diet is made of meat, vegetables, fish, fruit, nuts and roots. This means that there is no grain, dairy product, legume, salt, processed oil and refined sugar in the diet.

According to Ryan there is need to keep the diet for 2-3 days before the filming because the diet is low in carbohydrates and it helps him burn fat very fast.

Besides this, he says that he doesn’t have any other strict diet anymore and he doesn’t mind having a beer sometimes.
